• Contact us on 07706787180 within 20 days of having received a product to advise that you'd like to return or exchange the item. 

• In your parcel you will receive a returns back which you must use to return the parcel to us

• We will will either arrange for a courier to collect the item from your address at no cost to you​

• cover the return shipping and advise of your nearest drop-off point 

• We will then exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. ​
