Returns:

• We offer 21 day free returns or exchanges on unsoiled items. Simply drop us a line to advise that you'd like to return or exchange your item, and we'll handle the rest, at no cost to you
• You will receive a spare postage bag in with your package - keep this in case you need to return your item 
• We can either pre-book and pre-pay for a postage courier to collect the item from your door, or pre-pay for and organise for you to drop the item off to your local EVRI collection station. We can also refund your original postage up front should you wish to make your own arrangements for sending back the item. 
• Once the item is received, we will refund or exchange the item.
